Steel – Insulated Polyurethane Door – Foam Core

TASKDOOR manufacturers doors with a polyurethane core that provide insulating characteristics plus, flat surfaces that have complete chemical bonding of all interior surfaces. Entrapped polyurethane foam provides a stable, durable insulation, superior to other foam products.

Technology:

  • The production of steel doors is based on technology, which involves procedure of joining steel sheets in door leaves by bending and mechanical joints. This solution provides high resistance to corrosion and smooth surface of the door leaf.

Material:

  • The doors are made of galvanized steel or stainless steel. Door leaves are filled with polyurethane of high density depending on the door specification.
