Steel Door – Fire Rated

TASKDOOR manufactures a wide range of fire proof doors with various configuration and vision panel options, tested according to American Standards (Intertek) & British Standards (BS) suitable for locations such as staircase, corridor, service rooms or entrances.

TASKDOOR has a full range of insulated doors with 3 hours fire rating for power substations, cold stores, heat transfers applications and other similar locations. These fire rated doors provide safety and security to public areas from retail to industrial premises.

Characteristics:

• Full range of sizes
• Single or double-leaf
• Noise insulation properties Rw up to 50 dB
• Door frames are made of steel galvanized sheet and stainless steel
• Hollow metal steel doors are powder-coated from the RAL palette to protect steel elements against the corrosion
• Hollow metal stainless steel doors are available in brushed and mirror finish

Technology:

• Manufacturing of steel doors is based on a technology, a procedure of joining steel sheets in door leaves by bending and mechanical joints. This solution provides resistance to corrosion and a perfectly smooth surface of the door leaf.

Material:

• The doors are made of galvanized steel sheets or stainless steel sheets.

Finishing Options:

• Powder-coated to any standard RAL color
• Stainless steel finish (mirror or brush finish)
• Epoxy powder primed finish

Door Options:

• Single or double leaf with fire resistance upto 120 min
• Flush, with vision panel or louver
• Oversize with maximum height or width 3 m (double leaf)
